I was really pleased with the quality of service I received from both Imogen and Tracy. Imogen lined up several potential buyers within a couple of days of terms being agreed with the agency and advised on the suitability of the offers we received. Having selected the buyer it was then over to Tracey to ensure the sale progressed quickly and she kept us informed of progress all along the way. .Problems arose because I had chosen the wrong conveyancers to handle our side of the sale but when Tracey states "leave it with me, I'll sort it" then you can relax and be certain that is exactly what she will do. We recently bought and sold through GF property and must say the service was excellent, we had various challenges throughout the moving process and Imogen worked really hard to resolve everything in her power. I really don’t see what she could have done any different to improve things. Using a local agent definitely helped us, I absolutely guarantee our move would not have happened had we used a cheaper online alternative so don’t underestimate the value of having someone like Imogen to coordinate solicitors, who understands the process from start to finish.
